This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery procedures, timeframes, and related terms for both UK and international customers.
2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK time), excluding public holidays.

Lead times may vary depending on stock availability, material supply, and machining schedules.

Custom or made-to-order components will have specific lead times confirmed at the time of quotation or order acknowledgement.
If there are any unexpected delays, our team will notify you promptly.
3. Delivery Methods
We use trusted UK and international couriers for all shipments, including Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, and UPS, depending on the order type and destination.
You may also arrange your own courier collection from our Birmingham facility if agreed in advance.
4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination.

Shipping costs will be clearly stated on your quotation, order confirmation, or invoice.

For large or palletised shipments, freight charges will be quoted separately.
5. UK Deliveries

Standard UK deliveries usually take 1–3 working days after dispatch.

For custom-manufactured or bulk engineering components, dispatch dates will be confirmed once production is complete.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
6. International Deliveries

We deliver worldwide; however, international delivery times vary by location and courier.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees applicable in their country.

We provide export documentation and HS codes where required.
7. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
Where possible, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any visible damage to both the courier and us within 24 hours of receipt.

Claims for lost parcels must be made within 7 working days of the expected delivery date.

We will assist with courier investigations and, if confirmed lost or damaged, arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
9. Collections
Customers may collect goods directly from our workshop by prior arrangement.
Collection times are typically Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
Please ensure you bring proof of order or identification when collecting goods.
10. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to meet agreed delivery dates, delays may occur due to:
